Originally designed as a working farm, the Gray family named this element of the estate, The Mews, which is the French word for stables. Today the Mews is nothing less than magnificent with the cobblestone courtyard and the architecture features of a French cottage. The Mews hosts Graylyn’s largest meeting space, the Mews Conference Room, along with 4 breakouts, a private dining room, galleria, hospitality space and a beautiful Rose Garden to relax in after a long day. All of this is surrounded by 35 distinctive guestrooms including 6 suites. Newly renovated in April 2012 the Mews offers the ultimate distraction free meeting destination. The Manor House
The Manor House meeting spaces also all have a story of their own. From the spiral staircase that leads to the Main Conference Room to the private pre-function space that adjoins the Seminar Conference Room, formerly the portacashere and garage of this grand estate. The Manor House also offers several breakouts and non-traditional and unique meeting areas such as the sunken stone Front Porch. In addition to a number of distinctive meeting spaces, The Manor House features numerous private dining rooms, the original 13 antique guestrooms, 20 estate guestrooms and Mr. and Mrs. Gray’s suites.
With its four meeting spaces, terrace courtyard and dedicated break area, the Management House is perfect if your meeting calls for a larger general session with several adjoining breakouts. Also ideal for a formal executive conference, Management #3 boosts an eighteen person board room set with sophisticated audio visual equipment to include Copy Camera, Polycom telephone and built in internet connections.
Bernard Cottage, the temporary residence of the Gray family during the 7 years the Manor House was being constructed, is now the ideal place for a private meeting or social reunion. Just steps away from the activity of the Manor House, Bernard Cottage is home to 8 estate guest rooms, Benjamin Bernard suite and Bernard Conference Room.
