Graylyn satisfies every guest with its variety of menu options. For our conference attendees, a buffet breakfast and lunch is served to keep your meetings on track. The evening dining experience is elegant with a four-course plated meal, or a choice from a selection of themed menus.
Breakfast Buffet (View Sample Menu)
An extensive buffet breakfast is included in each of Graylyn's overnight meeting packages. Enjoy a light breakfast with bagels and fruit to hot items such as omelets, French toast, crepes, bacon and more.
Lunch Buffet (View Sample Menu)
Lunch is included in all overnight meeting packages as well as half and full day meeting packages. Up to ten different rotating menus are used to create variety on a daily basis. Each menu includes three hot entrees, soup, salad, vegetables, starch, and an array of desserts.
Dinner (View Sample Menu)
Included in all overnight meeting packages, dinner is a gourmet four-course meal with upscale menu service. Each meal is prepared to order with up to four entrée choices. Although our included menus are a true culinary experience, make your evening dining even more memorable with an upgraded theme menu.
