Graylyn satisfies every guest with its variety of menu options from a casual breakfast buffet, elegant four-course dinner menu, to a formal reception. Graylyn includes a full breakfast buffet each morning for every guest. For our conference attendees, a buffet lunch is served to expedite the lunch hour to ensure a timely start to the afternoon meeting session. The evening dining experience is elegant with a four-course plated meal, or a choice from a selection of themed menus. Whether you desire breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the estate, Graylyn is sure to delight the most discerning palate.
Breakfast (View Sample Menu)
Breakfast is offered as a part of the Complete Meeting Package. Guest will enjoy an extensive buffet. Enjoy a light breakfast with bagels and fruit to hot items such as omelets, French toast, crepes, bacon and more.
Lunch (View Sample Menu)
Lunch is included as a part of the Complete Meeting Package and is served buffet style to keep your meeting on schedule. Up to ten different rotating menus are used to create variety on a daily basis. Each menu includes two hot entrees, one soup, one vegetable, one starch, and an array of cold salads.
Dinner (View Sample Menu)
Included as part of the Complete Meeting Package, dinner is a gourmet four-course meal with upscale menu service served tableside. Each meal is prepared to order with up to five entrée choices. Although our included menus are a true culinary experience, make your evening dining even more memorable with an upgraded theme menu. Theme menus are available for a surcharge.
