This elegant Italian theme can be incorporated into a wine tasting with light hors d' oeuvres, a cocktail reception, or a full dinner. Specially selected wines will be offered, along with informative and interesting descriptions of each one. Carolina Pig Pickin'

Imagine the aroma of smoked barbecue, the lively sound of bluegrass music, and dining underneath a Carolina Blue sky… Come on down for an old fashioned toe tappin' Carolina Pig Pickin', with a traditional Carolina barbecue buffet, great entertainment and that down-home Southern hospitality. We can even teach y'all how to clog! Our prop package includes an assortment of barnyard collectibles such as an authentic water trough for beverages, aged fencing for area and stage effect, an antique horse-drawn wagon, and bales of hay. Betters ready? Place your bets! It's no longer necessary to travel to Vegas to experience the excitement of a casino. Graylyn has everything you need right here complete with an "all you can eat" buffet, martini bar, and professional casino dealers. If gambling's not your style, there's always Club Graylyn, the karaoke lounge. Your guests may croon like Sinatra. Dare to get on stage?
