What makes a Graylyn Wedding so unique?
The Graylyn Estate was once the private home of Bowman and Nathalie Gray. The look and feel of the house remains very much as the Gray family envisioned. Avid travelers, the family collected items from all over the world, many of which are still on display in the Manor House. Today, Graylyn's staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations so that you may fully enjoy your special day. Graylyn's elegant ambiance is sure to delight your guests and provide an impressive and unforgettable atmosphere!
How do I reserve space for my wedding event?
Contact Graylyn's Special Event Account Manager at (336) 758-2429 for date availability. In order to hold the desired space for your event, you will have to sign a contract. Space is not being held for your event until you complete the contracting process.
What information will Graylyn need to create my contract?
Please be prepared with the following information: event date, event time, space desired, type of food service, and estimated guest count. Graylyn's Special Events Account Manager can either mail, fax, or e-mail the contract.
Can I book sleeping rooms for my wedding guests?
Yes, a sleeping room block can be contracted with your account manager based on availability.
Can I use my own vendors?
All food and beverage must be secured through Graylyn. You may purchase your wedding cake from an outside vendor. You may also use other outside vendors such as florists, photographers, videographers, and entertainment companies, among others. Vendors will have two hours of setup time prior to your event. Please speak with your Special Events Account Manager if you have questions about a vendor. All vendors must be in accordance with the Graylyn Vendor Agreement, which will be provided by your Special Events Account Manager.
