Policies

• Photoshoots may be booked with a Graylyn Sales Account Manager within 30 days of the shoot date.
• Photos are only allowed in outdoor spaces regardless of weather or extenuating circumstances. No indoor photoshoots are allowed. Shooting location(s) must be pre approved and strictly followed.
• The session is self-guided, and staff are not available to guide attendees. Graylyn will provide a digital property map.
• Observe instructions given by Graylyn personnel restricting activity to certain places or times, depending on the estate's business volume and schedule of events.
• Photographers and their equipment are restricted from the Manor House front entrance without pre-arranged authorization. Photographers may not block or interfere with normal pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
• Placing photographers or photographic subjects in danger is prohibited. Obstructing roadways, sidewalks, access points, parking lots, etc., is strictly prohibited during photography sessions without prior approval by Graylyn Marketing.
• If you do not wish to book a private dressing space, restrooms are available at The Mews and Manor House. Please note that these are not private bathrooms.
• All photos taken at The Graylyn Estate must adhere to the brand standards of a university-owned historic estate. All photoshoots and wardrobes must maintain a level of decorum. Content of a suggestive or intimate nature or any depiction of illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Graylyn reserves the right to dismiss a photoshoot for not following content guidelines at any time.
• Property may only be moved, removed, or altered with prior approval from designated Graylyn staff, and large props for staging photographs are prohibited without prior authorization.
• The policy agreement must be signed, and payment must be received on the date the Graylyn Account Manager sets before the photoshoot.
